Wired Right from the Start
New Construction Wiring
We handle complete electrical installations for new construction, making sure every system is safe, efficient and code-compliant. From rough-in to final inspection, we work closely with builders and homeowners across Fort Collins and Northern Colorado to deliver dependable results.
What's included
- Service entrance, meter base and main panel installation
- Rough-in wiring for outlets, switches, lighting and appliances
- Dedicated circuits for kitchens, laundry, HVAC and water heaters
- Smoke and carbon monoxide detector wiring
- Exterior, landscape and garage circuits
- Prewiring for an EV charger, hot tub or future additions
- Final trim-out, testing and inspection
Planning ahead
Wiring is easiest to get right before the drywall goes up. We'll walk through the plans with you and suggest where extra outlets, lighting or capacity will save you money later, like a garage circuit sized for an electric vehicle or a spare breaker space for a future basement finish.
Permits and inspections
We pull the electrical permits and coordinate inspections with your local building department so your project stays on schedule from start to finish.
